Your browser does not support HTML5 video. So I am kind of obsessed with fitness trackers and have tried a few out myself, just trying to find one that will be able to for all my needs. I do enjoy this one, one of the cooler options I haven't found on other devices is a "relax" option, that basically helps you slow down your breathing and ground yourself. This is very convenient for people like me, that stuffer from anxiety or PTSD it really anything that has triggers and there is a need to take a few moments to collect your thoughts and relax etc.The one thing I am disappointed that wasn't included on this particular device is the lack of the blood pressure option. I know that the trackers with the BP option have to be calling with a "regular" BP reading from a cuff, however, I still liked the fact that I could see any fluctuations if there were a blood pressure option. As far as the heart rate measurement, it sends to be quite reliable, when tested against other devices and the old fashioned method (by hand) .The sleeping monitor could definitely use some improvement, some nights it's dead on, others, it missed by a mile. But it does also, since the app it uses to sync starts and the phone to your device, it can be connected to Google fit which is pretty neat.So u will say, even though there are a few things I wish were included in this tracker, it still is very useful, and is definitely worth the price. I think this would be the most ideal for a beginner that doesn't have much experience with using trackers, and this one is ready to navigate and does allv the most important basic functions needed for a fitness tracker.
