Shipping policy

Shipping is free on all orders over $50! Shop with confidence knowing you'll get your products in 2-5 days, depending on your location in the domestic US.

We do not ship internationally.

Depending on your location, your item will be received within 2-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number or a consignment number once your item has been sent out.
We ship orders on Monday to Friday during business hours (09:30-16:30 EST) only. We do not ship orders on the weekends and on USA public holidays.
Orders placed after 1 pm EST time, on the weekend and USA public holidays may be processed the next business day.
We do not offer a refund in the case of delivery delays or unforeseen events beyond our control such as delays that are caused by third-party courier companies, courier flight delays, floods, and natural disasters.
We do not refund for a change of mind after placing an order.
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at your delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package when it arrives, it may not be delivered and you will receive a card with instructions.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any missing parcels which have been marked as successfully delivered by the courier company.
